LDO

The LDOs from Jin-Power Technology are good fits for low-to-medium power applications where clean output voltage are pre-requisite to reliable and low-noise system operation. Our LDOs offer wide input voltage range (VIN ) from 5.5V to 100V, and maximum output current (IOM ) up to 0.7A. In addition, they exhibit low drop-out voltage (VDROP), small quiescent current (IQ), highly accurate output voltage (ΔVOUT) at no more than 2%, exceptional power supply rejection ratio (PSRR), excellent line / load regulation (ΔVLINE / LOAD) and line / load transient performance. To minimize BOM space, these LDOs are housed in various surface-mounted type of low-profile packages with outstanding thermal efficiency, which are lead-free and made of the RoHS-compliant green molding compound. These devices are good fits as power sources to MCUs and wireless modules commonly found in consumer electronics, commercial / industrial / automotive systems.
